This hand-pressed rubber stamp features a Victorian commemorative postmark from the Penny Post Jubilee of 2 July 1890, issued for the Tube Post 3d Reply service at South Kensington. The oval design is crowned with an ornate royal crown and surrounded by decorative engraved borders, capturing a highly detailed piece of British postal history.
